Role Summary:
Responsible for day-to-day maintenance and repair activities across the facility, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle electrical, plumbing, and carpentry maintenance and repair works.
Attend to breakdowns and maintenance complaints promptly.
Carry out routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
Handle minor civil, fixtures, furniture, and general facility-related repairs.
Coordinate with external vendors/technicians for specialised work.
Maintain basic records of maintenance activities and materials used.
Follow safety procedures and ensure proper upkeep of tools and equipment.
Qualification & Experience:
ITI / Diploma in a relevant technical trade.
2–5 years of relevant maintenance experience.
Practical hands-on knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry works.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
