Tandoor Cook – Job Responsibilities
Prepare tandoori dishes, kebabs, naan, roti, and other Indian breads.
Prepare marinades and ingredients as per hotel standards.
Operate and maintain the tandoor safely and efficiently.
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
Maintain proper food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth food production.
Minimize food wastage and maintain proper storage of ingredients.
Follow hotel SOPs and food safety guidelines.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
