Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Manager to lead our Talent Acquisition efforts in the non-IT and medical sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering top-notch recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients in the non-IT and medical domains.
Understand client requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Talent Acquisition Strategy:
Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet client needs.
Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of candidates.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the non-IT and medical sectors.
Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities.
Performance Metrics:
Monitor and report on recruitment performance metrics.




Ensure that recruitment targets are met in accordance with client expectations.
Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams to align recruitment strategies with client goals.
Participate in client meetings and presentations to showcase recruitment capabilities.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on non-IT and medical sectors.
Proven experience in client management and relationship building.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
