About the Role

We are looking for a polished, articulate, and highly driven Client Relationship Executive to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate should have exceptional communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the confidence to engage with high-value clients and represent a reputed real estate developer professionally.

Key Responsibilities
Handle qualified leads and understand client requirements effectively.
Build robust relationships with prospective buyers through professional communication.
Present projects, properties, pricing, amenities, and USPs to clients.
Conduct regular follow-ups and convert prospects into site visits and sales.
Handle client queries and provide quick, practical solutions throughout the sales journey.
Conduct property visits and ensure a smooth client experience.
Negotiate effectively and assist clients through the decision-making process.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution from enquiry to closure.
Maintain accurate lead records and follow-up updates.
Consistently achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
