Job Title: Telecaller Executive

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and smart Telecaller Executive who can communicate professionally with doctors and laboratory owners, introduce them to our software solutions, and generate interest in a product demonstration.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to doctors and laboratory owners.
Introduce and explain our software in a explicit and convincing manner.
Understand the prospect's basic requirements and communicate the relevant benefits of the software.
Communicate smartly, confidently, and convincingly with potential clients.
Generate interest and try to schedule a suitable date and time for a software demo.
Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and scheduled demos.
Follow up with interested prospects as required.
Coordinate with the relevant team for scheduled demonstrations.

Requirements
Excellent communication skills are essential.
Must be fluent in:
English
Bengali
Hindi




Candidates with educational backgrounds in Mass Communication, B.A. English (Honours), MBA, or related fields are preferred.
Should have a confident and professional telephone manner.
Ability to explain things clearly and convince potential clients professionally.
Valuable listening, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.
Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
