Job Description – Sales Executive

Position: Sales Executive – Automobile

Location: Gurgaon/Gurugram

Department: Sales

Employment Type: Full time

Experience: 0–3 years in automobile sales preferred

Joining: Immediate

Key Responsibilities
Attend walk-in customers and understand their car-buying requirements.
Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance and insurance options.
Conduct effective vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
Generate leads through showroom walk-ins, tele-calling, references and digital enquiries.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into bookings and sales.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain required conversion ratios.
Maintain strong customer relationships before and after delivery.
Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Registration and Delivery teams.
Maintain accurate customer and lead records in CRM/DMS.
Participate in showroom promotional activities and customer events.




Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Candidate Profile
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused and confident personality.
Passion for automobile sales and achieving targets.
Basic knowledge of cars, finance and insurance will be an advantage.
Should be comfortable with field visits and lead generation.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
