Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Operations Manager to manage and coordinate day-to-day manufacturing and operational activities. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in production coordination, manpower management, productivity improvement, quality, dispatch, and process discipline.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
Coordinate with Production, Stores, Purchase, Dispatch, Sales and other support functions.
Monitor manpower utilization, productivity, production targets and operational efficiency.
Ensure timely completion of production and dispatch plans.
Identify operational issues and implement practical corrective actions.
Drive 5S, Kaizen, SOP compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor quality, wastage, rework and process deviations.




Maintain effective coordination between management and operational teams.
Prepare and review daily/weekly operational reports and KPIs.
Ensure compliance with safety, discipline and company policies.

Candidate Profile
Graduate/Diploma in Engineering, Operations, Production or related field.
5–10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing/operations.
Valuable leadership, manpower handling and problem-solving skills.
Strong coordination and communication abilities.
Hands-on and result-oriented approach.
Experience in MS Excel/MIS and operational reporting will be preferred.
