The ideal candidate should have positive practical knowledge of Tally, GST filing, TDS returns and day-to-day accounting operations. Experience in a hospital or healthcare organisation will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally
Handle purchase, sales, receipt, payment and journal entries
Maintain cash book, bank book and ledger accounts
Perform regular bank reconciliation
Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers and supporting documents
Handle GST-related accounting and filing activities
Prepare GST data and coordinate for timely GST return filing
Handle TDS calculation, deduction and return filing
Maintain TDS records and support Form 16/16A-related requirements
Track accounts payable and accounts receivable
Monitor outstanding payments and receivables
Maintain vendor and customer ledgers




Assist with payroll-related accounting and statutory deductions
Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions
Prepare monthly income and expense statements
Assist management in preparing financial reports and MIS
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants and other external specialists when required
Ensure accounting records are accurate, updated and properly documented
Assist in maintaining compliance with applicable accounting and statutory requirements
Handle other finance and accounts-related activities assigned by management

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
