About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to connect with customers, understand their vehicle service requirements, and schedule appointments for automobile services.

Key Responsibilities

Call and communicate with customers regarding their vehicle service requirements.

Understand customer needs and provide basic information about the service.

Book and schedule service appointments as per customer availability.

Follow up with customers regarding their appointments.

Maintain basic records of customer calls and appointments.

Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

Requirements

Valuable communication skills in Hindi and English.

Customer-friendly and polite approach.

Basic knowledge of automobiles/service is an advantage.

Positive follow-up and coordination skills.

Comfortable making regular customer calls.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
