Job Description:
We are looking for a CNC Turning Operator with 0 to 3 years of experience to operator CNC turning machines and support daily production activities. Freshers with relevant ITI/Diploma qualification and basic CNC knowledge can also apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate CNC Turning machines safely and efficiently.
Load and unload components as per production requirements.
Follow engineering drawings and work instructions.
Perform basic tool changes and tool offset corrections.
Check component dimensions using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer and Gauges.
Monitor machining quality and identify dimensional variations.
Maintain required production quantity and quality standards.
Follow safety procedures, 5S and shop-floor discipline.
Maintain cleanliness of the machine and work area.
Report machine/tool-related issues to the supervisor.
Qualification:
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Machinist, Production or related field.
0–3 years of experience in CNC Turning operation.
Freshers with basic CNC knowledge can also apply.
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of CNC Turning operation.
Basic understanding of engineering drawings.
Knowledge of measuring instruments.
Willingness to work 10-hour shifts.
Valuable attendance incentive and Production incentive .
Fanuc control knowledge will be an added advantage.
