Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
Understand hiring requirements from business and technical teams
Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical rounds
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers
Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and joining formalities
Maintain and update candidate data and recruitment trackers
Support employer branding and campus/drive hiring initiatives when required




Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
Assist in onboarding documentation and HR operations as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications
1–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Solid understanding of Electronics/Mechanical/engineering hiring is preferred
Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
Strong follow-up, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor practices

Nice to Have
Experience hiring for embedded, firmware, Bluetooth, software, or hardware roles
Exposure to fast-growing organization settings

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
