KefDay Cafe is looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Service Staff member to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth day-to-day café operations.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in a polite and qualified manner.
Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen/bar team.
Serve food and beverages efficiently.
Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set.
Check on customers and respond to their requests.
Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the service area.
Coordinate with kitchen and other team members for smooth service.
Follow café service standards and company procedures.
Assist with opening and closing duties when required.
Maintain proper grooming, punctuality, and skilled behavior.
