HR Manager – Recruitment & Administration | Transport & Logistics

Location :- Okhla Phase-1
Managing end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition for transport and logistics operations.
Handling recruitment for drivers, fleet operations, supervisors, executives, office staff and managerial positions.
Managing high-volume and location-wise manpower recruitment as per business requirements.
Preparing manpower plans and coordinating with department heads for current and future hiring requirements.
Sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, consultants, employee referrals, job portals, local recruitment and social media.
Screening CVs, conducting interviews, coordinating technical/functional rounds and final selection.
Handling salary negotiation, offer release, joining and onboarding of selected candidates.
Managing recruitment agencies and maintaining a solid recruitment pipeline.
Ensuring timely closure of critical and bulk manpower requirements.




Maintaining recruitment MIS covering vacancies, sourcing, interviews, selections, offers, joining and attrition.
Driving recruitment process improvements to reduce Time-to-Hire and recruitment cost.
Supporting employee engagement, HR administration, induction and employee welfare activities.
Coordinating office administration, facilities, vendors, housekeeping, security and other administrative requirements.
