Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Position: Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily operations and workforce.
Allocate work to team members and monitor productivity.
Ensure work is completed on time and as per company standards.
Manage attendance, shift allocation and workforce discipline.
Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
Monitor daily work activities and prepare basic reports.
Ensure safety, quality and workplace procedures are followed.
Handle day-to-day employee and operational issues.

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Supervisor / Team Leader.




Valuable communication and team-handling skills.
Ability to manage workers and daily activities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting is preferred.
Candidates who can work in Sriperumbudur are preferred.
