Food & Beverage Industry

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Manager to lead and manage our F&B; operations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Experience: 5–6 years in Food & Beverage operations
Previous experience with reputed F&B;/QSR brands will be preferred.
Candidates with previous experience in similar organizations will also be considered.
Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, team management, customer service, and cost control.
Proven ability to manage multiple outlet operational functions and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to monitor sales, inventory, manpower, food cost, wastage, and operational expenses.
Experience in implementing and maintaining SOPs, hygiene, quality, and service standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITYTo oversee daily F&B; operations, manage teams, maintain service and quality standards, control operational costs, and drive overall business performance.Interested candidates can share their updated CV for consideration.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
