Back Office Executive
Handle day-to-day back-office operations
Maintain records, reports and documentation
Coordinate with internal teams
Good communication and MS Office skills preferred
Inventory Executive – 2 Positions
Manage purchase, inward and outward inventory activities
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for purchase-related activities
Record and verify inward stock received against purchase documents
Manage outward stock movement and ensure proper documentation
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock registers
Conduct regular stock verification and reconciliation
Track stock movement and ensure timely updates in the system
Solid attention to detail and valuable Excel knowledge preferred
Photography Executive




Handle jewellery product photography
Capture high-quality images for online and marketing purposes
Ensure proper presentation, lighting and positioning of products
Basic photo editing skills will be an advantage
Accounts Executive
Handle day-to-day accounting activities
Maintain financial records and documentation
Assist with billing, reconciliations and MIS
Knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel preferred
Customer Liaison Executive
Coordinate with customers and internal teams
Handle customer queries and follow-ups
Ensure smooth communication and timely resolution of customer requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
