Oversee day-to-day site operations ensuring execution as per approved drawings and specifications. Monitor contractor and workforce performance in office.
Ensure construction work complies with quality standards and material specifications. Maintain inspection records and checklists.
Liaise with engineers, architects, consultants, and external agencies for technical clarifications, inspections, and resolving site issues.
Supervise and execute day-to-day civil construction activities for high-rise residential projects.
Hands-on experience in Mivan Aluminium Formwork / Mivan construction techniques.
Experience in execution of high-rise residential projects.
