We are looking for a friendly and confident Telecaller [Minimum 6 Months Experience to 2 year] to handle resort enquiries, bookings, and customer follow-ups. The candidate will communicate with customers, understand their requirements, provide resort details, and assist them with reservations.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to resort bookings.
Respond to customer enquiries about rooms, packages, availability, pricing, and facilities.
Manage and confirm room reservations.
Follow up with customers regarding booking confirmations and payments.
Maintain accurate records of reservations and customer details.
Coordinate with the resort team regarding check-in, check-out, special requests, and availability.
Handle customer questions and resolve basic booking-related issues.
Follow up with potential customers to convert enquiries into bookings.




Maintain skilled communication and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:
Positive communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Hindi/Tamil will be an added advantage.
Pleasant personality and good customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle multiple enquiries and follow-ups.
Previous experience in resort/hotel reservations, telecalling, travel, or customer service is preferred.
Freshers with valuable communication skills can also apply.

Salary: ₹_ + Incentives

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
