Experience: Minimum 5 years; 7–8 years preferred
Roles & Responsibilities
Teach Gujarati language and literature as per the CBSE curriculum.
Develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, grammar and comprehension skills.
Prepare lesson plans, assignments, assessments and examination papers.
Monitor students’ academic progress and provide additional support where required.
Encourage interest in Gujarati literature, culture and heritage.
Maintain classroom discipline and actively participate in school and co-curricular activities.
Contribute to students’ discipline, values and overall development in the residential school setting.
Skills Required
Excellent command of Gujarati language and grammar.
Good working knowledge of English.
Strong teaching, communication and classroom management skills.
Knowledge of CBSE teaching and assessment methods.
Basic computer and digital teaching skills.
Sainik / Residential / Boarding School experience preferred.
Must be comfortable with a full time residential position.
