Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor injection moulding machines safely and efficiently.
Set machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, speed, and cycle time as per production requirements.
Load raw materials and ensure proper material handling during production.
Monitor the moulding process and ensure consistent production output.
Inspect finished components for defects, dimensions, appearance, and quality.
Identify and report machine, mould, or product-related issues to the supervisor or maintenance team.
Perform basic machine cleaning, lubrication, and routine maintenance activities.
Ensure proper mould installation, removal, and handling as instructed.
Maintain production targets and minimize material wastage and machine downtime.




Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and safety guidelines.
Maintain proper records of production, rejection, downtime, and material consumption.
Segregate rejected and approved components properly.
Maintain cleanliness and 5S standards in the work area.
Coordinate with the quality, maintenance, and production teams to resolve operational issues.
Follow all company policies related to safety, quality, productivity, and housekeeping.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
