1–3 years of hands-on experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR coordination (prior experience in retail, hospitality, or service/rental industries is highly preferred).
Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and interpersonal communication skills.
Familiarity with popular job portals (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn, local employment boards) and HR management platforms.
Valuable organizational capabilities with robust attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced retail/service setting with high-volume recruitment needs.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
