Bus Manager

Location: Salem

We are looking for an experienced Bus Manager to manage daily bus operations, drivers, conductors, and overall transportation activities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily bus operations and schedules.
Supervise drivers, conductors, and support staff.
Monitor driver and conductor attendance, discipline, and performance.
Ensure buses operate safely and on schedule.
Coordinate bus maintenance, servicing, and repairs.
Monitor fuel usage, vehicle documents, and operating expenses.
Ensure compliance with transport and safety requirements.
Handle operational issues and passenger complaints.
Monitor route performance, punctuality, and vehicle utilization.
Maintain daily operational records and submit reports to Management.

Candidate Requirements
Must have practical experience as a Bus Driver and Conductor.




Previous experience in bus/transport operations management is preferred.
Positive knowledge of bus operations, routes, and maintenance coordination.
Solid team-handling and communication skills.
Good problem-solving and coordination abilities.
Valid Driving Licence required.
Willingness to travel and work as per operational requirements.

Salary: Based on experience and company norms.
