We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to handle calls, generate leads, follow up with students, and promote computer courses offered by the institute.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
Explain computer courses, fees, batches, timings, and career prospects.
Handle inbound enquiries professionally.
Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
Convince and motivate students to visit the centre and take admission.
Maintain daily records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
Coordinate with the counselling and admission team.
Achieve monthly calling and admission targets.
Build positive relationships with students and parents.
Provide regular updates to the reporting manager.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
