IT support profile includes installing, troubleshooting & resolving Software, Hardware & IT Peripherals related issues. It includes (but may not be limited) to the following activities:
Install, configure & update Operating System, Mail / Mail Clients configuration, backup & Troubleshooting
Repair/replace hardware components, Local and Network Printer configuration, troubleshooting
Basic configuration of Firewall and managing firewall
Data Backup
Support/troubleshoot local area networks (LAN/WAN), Wi-Fi routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN remote access
Diagnosis of issues related to CCTV, Attendance machine etc and coordinating with concerned service provider
Inventory management
Manage user credentials via Active Directory (AD)
Manage IT asset inventory
Maintaining daily reports of the work done and sharing the same with concerned authorities on a daily basis

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
