Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Pharma Billing Executive to join our team at our Panchkula office. The ideal candidate will have experience in billing and invoicing within the pharmaceutical industry, along with a working knowledge of Marg Software. This role requires effective coordination with internal teams, accurate invoice processing, and familiarity with GST and pharma billing standards.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage invoices using Marg Software in a timely and accurate manner
Maintain comprehensive records of all billing transactions
Ensure adherence to company billing policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Collaborate with internal departments including Sales, Dispatch, and Accounts to resolve billing issues
Respond to and resolve customer queries and discrepancies related to invoices
Assist in the preparation of financial and billing-related reports




Monitor accounts receivable and reconcile outstanding balances
Support audit processes and ensure compliance with relevant documentation requirements

Requirements
Experience: 6 months to 1 year in billing/invoicing, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector
Software Skills: Proficient in Marg Software
Knowledge: Familiarity with GST rules, invoicing standards, and pharma billing norms.
Skills:
Solid attention to detail and accuracy
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of accounting and financial reporting

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
