We are looking for a proactive and energetic Business Development Executive to drive company growth by identifying new business prospects, building client relationships, and increasing sales. The candidate will play a key role in expanding our customer base and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
Generate leads via cold calling, emails, and field visits
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
Present and explain company products/services to potential customers
Negotiate deals and close sales
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Follow up with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports
Qualification:
Any Graduate (MBA in Marketing is an advantage)
Experience:
0–3 years (Freshers can apply)
Skills Required:
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and convincing ability
Self-motivated and target-driven
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Willingness to travel (if field sales)
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹17,769.60 - ₹25,063.97 per month
