We are looking for an experienced Assistant F&B; Manager with 6–12 years of experience in the Food & Beverage department of a 5-star hotel.

Responsibilities
Assist the F&B; Manager in managing daily F&B; operations.
Supervise restaurants, banquets, room service and other F&B; outlets.
Manage and guide F&B; service staff.
Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams.
Handle guest requirements and resolve complaints professionally.
Monitor service standards and hygiene procedures.
Manage staff scheduling, attendance and daily operational requirements.
Conduct staff training and briefings.
Monitor food and beverage costs and control wastage.




Assist with inventory and stock management.
Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs and safety standards.
Support the F&B; Manager in achieving operational and guest satisfaction targets.

Requirements
6–12 years of relevant F&B; experience.
5-star hotel experience is mandatory.
Hotel Management degree/diploma preferred.
Valuable knowledge of F&B; operations and service standards.
Strong team management and communication skills.
Ability to handle a quick-paced hotel setting.
Candidates currently based in Mumbai or willing to relocate to Mumbai can apply.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
