· FAI (First Article Inspection) Follow-up

· Ensure timely availability of materials, components, and required resources.

· Coordinate with Design, Quality, Purchase, and Production teams for smooth execution.

· Coordinate with external vendors for machining and other outsourced activities.

· Ensure the availability of child parts as per production requirements.

· Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, and vendors to avoid production delays.

· Plan and allocate shop-floor manpower according to daily production requirements.

· Monitor manpower utilization, attendance, and productivity.

· 5S activities on the shop floor. Ensure proper housekeeping, workplace organization, and cleanliness.

· Prepare and execute daily production plans in coordination with the Production Manager.

· Ensure timely completion of production activities as per delivery schedules.

· Monitor production progress and ensure achievement of daily targets.

· Possess working knowledge of TIG and MIG welding processes.

· Understand basic welding parameters, procedures,



and quality requirements.

· Possess basic knowledge of Press Brake machine operations and processes.

· Understand basic bending operations, tooling, and drawing requirements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
