Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Transaction Executive to join our team. The candidate will assist with customer handling and day-to-day gold transaction-related activities.
Responsibilities:
Handle and assist customers during transactions
Support the team in gold transaction-related activities
Assist with basic gold valuation and transaction procedures
Maintain customer records and transaction details
Handle data entry and documentation
Coordinate with the team for smooth customer service
Ensure records are maintained accurately
