We are hiring for the position of HR Executive for our Organization.
Experience: 1–3 years
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
Experience in IT or Non-IT recruitment
Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques
Scheduling and coordinating interviews within the organization
Collecting and sharing interview feedback
Preparing and maintaining HR documentation such as offer letters, appointment letters, and employee records
Supporting HR generalist activities such as onboarding, attendance management, and other day-to-day HR operations
Robust team player with excellent communication and organizational skills
