Key Responsibilities
Maintain hostel discipline and supervise the daily routine of students
Monitor student attendance, conduct, and overall welfare
Conduct daily PT drills, parade practice, and physical training sessions
Organize sports activities, fitness programs, and competitions
Ensure safety, hygiene, and structured hostel management
Maintain discipline records and coordinate with academic staff
Handle emergencies responsibly and ensure campus security
Promote leadership, teamwork, and defence-oriented values among students

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification (Mandatory):
Graduate in any discipline

Preferred Qualification (For PTI Role):
B.P.Ed. / M.P.Ed. from a recognized university

Experience:
2–3 years of experience in hostel management, physical training, or a similar role preferred
Experience in a boarding school/defence school workplace will be an advantage

Skills Required
Strong leadership and disciplinary control




Physically fit and capable of conducting drills
Good communication and student management skills
Ability to handle responsibility and emergencies
Professional, dedicated, and structured working approach
