Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of financial activities.
Review and monitor accounting transactions, reconciliations, payables, receivables, and general ledger activities.
Ensure timely closure of monthly and annual accounts.
Prepare and review financial reports, MIS, management reports, and financial analysis for management review.
Support budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow planning, and variance analysis.
Conduct financial feasibility studies by modeling project costs, forecasting cash flows, and evaluating metrics like NPV and IRR to determine overall profitability.
Monitor receivables, payables, cash positions, and working capital requirements.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, statutory requirements, and internal financial policies.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, vendors, and other external stakeholders as required.
Establish and maintain effective internal controls and financial processes.
Review financial data and identify discrepancies, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
Support payroll-related financial activities and ensure accurate accounting of employee-related expenses.
Assist the CFO in financial planning, analysis, reporting, and strategic decision-making.
Guide and monitor the finance team to ensure productivity, accuracy, accountability, and timely deliverables.
Drive process improvements, automation, and standardization across finance and accounting operations.
Handle any other finance-related responsibilities assigned by the CFO.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field. CA/CMA/ACCA/MBA Finance is an added advantage.
8–10 years of overall experience in Finance & Accounts, including at least 4–5 years in a managerial or team-lead role.
Robust knowledge of accounting, taxation, financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, and financial analysis.
Experience in managing and reviewing the work of a finance and accounts team.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
Robust analytical, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and support the CFO in financial decision-making.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
