Job Overview

Narayani Laxmi Group is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to independently manage day-to-day accounting, project/site accounts, vendor and subcontractor accounts, GST, TDS, reconciliations and management reporting.

Candidates with experience in the construction, infrastructure or contracting industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting, bookkeeping, ledgers, cash and bank transactions.
Handle accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare monthly closing and financial reports.
Perform bank, vendor and ledger reconciliations.
Maintain project/site-wise accounts and track project expenses.
Handle subcontractor bills, advances, deductions, retention and recoveries.
Verify invoices and supporting documents from vendors and subcontractors.
Coordinate with project/site teams for accounting documentation.
Handle GST accounting, reconciliation and GST return-related activities.




Manage TDS calculations, accounting and related documentation.
Prepare vendor, subcontractor and customer outstanding reports.
Prepare project-wise expense reports and monthly MIS.
Prepare cash flow and payment requirement reports.
Provide accurate financial information and reports to management.
Ensure proper documentation and audit readiness.

Required Skills
5–8 years of relevant accounting experience.
Experience in construction / infrastructure / contracting industry preferred.
Solid knowledge of Tally Prime / ERP.
Positive knowledge of GST and TDS.
Experience in subcontractor and project accounting.
Robust MS Excel skills.
Valuable knowledge of reconciliations and accounting processes.
Ability to independently handle accounting activities.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good coordination and communication skills.

Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent qualification

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
