Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ASM to manage and grow sales in Bihar. The candidate should have strong experience in Home Appliances / Consumer Durables / Home Products and positive knowledge of the local market.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve sales targets for the assigned territory.
Manage and expand dealer & distributor network.
Lead and guide the sales team.
Develop new markets and business opportunities.
Maintain solid relationships with dealers and key customers.
Conduct regular market visits and monitor market coverage.
Track competitor activities and market trends.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.

Requirements
5–8 years of relevant sales experience.
Strong knowledge of the Bihar market.
Experience in Home Appliances / Consumer Durables / Home Products preferred.
Solid leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel across Bihar.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
