Hexon Engineers — Precision Hydraulic Fittings You Can Trust — is a Pune-based manufacturer of precision hydraulic fittings and adapters serving the Oil & Gas, Construction, Agriculture and Manufacturing industries. We are looking for a Machine Helper to join our production team in Chikhali, Pimpri-Chinchwad. The successful candidate will assist in day-to-day machine operations including tapping, chamfering and reaming, along with material handling duties. This is a good opportunity for hardworking candidates looking to start or grow their career in the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities and Duties
Operate easy machine operations such as tapping, chamfering and reaming on components
Load and unload raw material (bars) and finished parts to and from machines
Assist machine setters/operators during production as required
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and machines




Follow basic quality checks and report any defects to the supervisor
Follow safety procedures while handling material and operating machines

Qualifications and Skills
Freshers with willingness to learn are welcome; prior factory/machine experience is a plus
Basic understanding of machine operation (training will be provided)
Physically fit and able to handle material loading/unloading
Punctual, disciplined, and willing to work as part of a team
No specific educational qualification required

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
