About the role:

We are looking for a compassionate, creative, and experienced Mother Teacher to nurture and teach young learners. In this role, you will create a safe, warm, and engaging classroom environment where children feel encouraged to learn, play, and grow socially and emotionally.

Key responsibilities:
Plan and deliver age-appropriate, play-based activities to foster early literacy, numeracy, and motor skills.
Manage daily classroom routines while maintaining a hygienic, secure, and nurturing atmosphere.
Monitor each child’s social, emotional, and cognitive development, addressing individual learning needs.
Foster positive habits, discipline, and emotional well-being through patience and positive reinforcement.
Maintain regular, transparent communication with parents regarding student progress, behaviour, and milestones.
Collaborate with school staff and management for curriculum planning, school events, and parent-teacher meetings.





Required qualifications & skills:
Education: Graduate in any discipline; NTT (Nursery Teacher Training), ECCE, or D.El.Ed/B.Ed preferred.
Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Mother Teacher, Nursery Teacher, or Pre-Primary Educator.
Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.
Core traits: Warm, patient, highly empathetic, and energetic when handling young children.
