Build and maintain solid relationships with customers.
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely support.
Follow up with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
Maintain customer records and update databases.
Promote company services and enhance customer engagement.

Requirements:
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Customer-focused approach and positive attitude.
Prior experience in customer service or customer engagement will be an advantage.

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
