Responsibilities
Develop and implement lesson plans that meet educational standards.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom workplace.
Assess and monitor students' progress and provide feedback.
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop curriculum and teaching strategies.
Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about student progress.
Attend professional development workshops and educational conferences.
Manage classroom resources and supplies.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
Valid teaching credential or certification.
Experience working with young children in an educational setting.
Robust knowledge of child development and age-appropriate teaching strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans.
