HIRING – SITE SUPERVISOR

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor for residential bungalow construction.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site activities and labour
Allocate work to masons, helpers and contractors
Coordinate with the Civil Site Engineer
Ensure work is carried out as per instructions and drawings
Check line, level and plumb during construction
Supervise masonry, RCC and finishing activities
Monitor material unloading and storage
Keep track of daily labour attendance and work progress
Identify site issues and immediately report them to the engineer
Maintain site discipline and cleanliness




Ensure proper workmanship and minimize material wastage

Candidate Requirements:
5–10 years of practical construction-site experience
Bungalow/residential construction experience preferred
Solid knowledge of masonry, RCC and finishing work
Able to manage masons and labour independently
Gujarati/Hindi communication preferred
Must be responsible, punctual and actively involved at site
