Develop relationships with neurologists, psychiatrists, rehabilitation centres, and other healthcare providers.
Engage with special schools, school counsellors, and educational institutions to create awareness and generate patient referrals.
Generate patient leads for advanced neuro rehabilitation and interventional neuropsychiatry services.
Educate referring doctors, institutions, and stakeholders about clinic services and treatment capabilities.
Conduct regular follow-ups with referral partners and maintain strong professional relationships.
Conduct market mapping of hospitals, specialists, rehabilitation centres, and educational institutions within assigned territories.
Identify new business opportunities and support patient acquisition initiatives.
Maintain records of leads, referrals, conversions, and outreach activities.

Patient Coordination
Handle patient enquiries through calls, messages, and walk-ins.
Explain clinic services,



treatment programs, and appointment processes.
Coordinate with doctors and clinical teams for patient requirements.
Ensure a positive patient experience through effective communication and follow-up.
Support appointment scheduling and patient visit coordination.

Administration
Manage daily clinic administrative activities.
Maintain patient records, documentation, and reports.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly activity and performance reports.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth clinic operations.
Support billing coordination and administrative requirements.
Manage front office activities and ensure effective workflow.
