Job Description: Operations Telecaller

Location: Thane, Maharashtra
Salary: ₹18,000 to ₹19,000 per month (In-hand)
Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Operations Telecaller to join our team in Thane. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a call center, telecalling, customer support, or operations-related role and should be comfortable handling calls and coordinating with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
Coordinate with employees, candidates, and internal teams over calls.
Follow up on pending requirements and provide timely updates.
Maintain and update call-related records and reports.
Resolve basic queries and escalate issues when required.
Ensure proper coordination and follow-up for day-to-day operational activities.




Maintain accurate information in Excel or internal systems.

Requirements:
Previous experience in a Call Center / Telecalling / Customer Support / Operations role.
Valuable communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
Should be willing to work from the Thane office.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
