Identify and generate recent sales opportunities through calls, visits, references, and online channels.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with existing and potential customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations when required.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
Participate in sales meetings, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
