About the Role

We're a rapid-growing automobile-parts startup based in Bengaluru, looking for an Ecommerce Sales Manager to own and drive our inbound sales pipeline. This is a high-ownership role suited to someone who wants to build real, hands-on expertise in sales and the automotive industry — whether you're just starting out in sales or already have experience and want to grow faster than a typical corporate track allows.

What You'll Do
Manage and convert leads coming through our ecommerce channels, with a direct focus on hitting and exceeding sales targets
Take full ownership of your pipeline — from first contact to closed sale
Propose and test your own strategies and ideas for improving conversion and customer experience
Collaborate closely with the founding team and support day-to-day operational needs as they arise in a startup environment
Occasionally assist with warehouse/logistics tasks during peak periods, as part of a hands-on, all-hands culture

Robust communication and negotiation skills; sales experience preferred but not required
A self-starter mindset — comfortable proposing ideas and taking initiative without waiting to be told
