Client Servicing Intern

We’re looking for a proactive and organised intern to support our team at Motifs by Golden Voice, our merchandise and corporate gifting vertical.

You’ll work closely with the team on live client requirements, helping take projects from enquiry and sourcing through production and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Source products, vendors and suppliers based on client requirements
Coordinate with vendors for pricing, samples, customisation and timelines
Assist with quotations, presentations and product options for clients
Follow up on samples, production and deliveries
Maintain vendor and product databases
Support the team with day-to-day client servicing and project coordination

Who We’re Looking For:
Positive communication and coordination skills
Comfortable with Excel and PowerPoint
Organised, proactive and valuable at following through
Keen to learn about merchandise, corporate gifting and client servicing
Freshers and students are welcome to apply

Location: Mumbai
Joining: Immediate

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
