Lesson Planning & Delivery: Develop and follow creative, age-appropriate lesson plans incorporating phonics, letter/number recognition, science awareness, art, music, and storytelling.
Play-Based Learning: Use interactive games, hands-on activities, and group projects to teach basic concepts.
Social & Emotional Growth: Monitor student interactions, encourage sharing, cooperation, empathy, and conflict resolution.
Classroom Management: Maintain a clean, organized, stimulating, and protected physical setting adhering to health and safety standards.
Student Assessment: Track academic and behavioral progress, maintain records, and conduct formative or summative evaluations.
Parent Communication: Meet regularly with parents or guardians to discuss child progress, habits, and any early developmental concerns.
