Assist the Director in operational activities
Interact and coordinate with all departmental HODs
Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and action plans
Prepare operational reports, MOMs, and trackers
Attend departmental meetings and review discussions
Conduct property rounds and monitor service standards
Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, Kitchen, Engineering, Security, Accounts, and other departments
Support guest handling, events, VIP movements, and special projects
This role offers excellent exposure to complete hotel operations and helps develop leadership, communication, coordination, reporting, and management skills.
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹28,244.76 per month
