Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers to promote products/services
Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records
Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic issues
Provide product information and generate interest
Maintain a positive and qualified attitude during calls

Requirements:
Valuable communication skills in Hindi/English (or regional language)
Basic computer knowledge
Confident, polite, and persuasive
Fresher or experienced – both can apply
Minimum qualification: 12th pass
