Vikram Solutions is looking for a motivated and confident Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team on a Work From Home – Night Shift basis. The candidate will generate leads, communicate with international clients, develop current business opportunities, and support our global business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through online research, LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
Identify and develop new international business opportunities.
Communicate with international clients and understand their requirements.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into business.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Conduct market research and identify recent markets and potential customers.




Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill client requirements.
Maintain CRM/database records and regularly update lead status.
Achieve assigned business development and sales targets.

Requirements
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work in a Night Shift
Own laptop/desktop and a reliable internet connection are required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
