Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth for NOVOGEN’s PCD Franchisee and Third-Party Manufacturing business.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop new business opportunities through PCD franchise partners.
Generate leads and convert enquiries for PCD Franchise.
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients and business partners.
Conduct regular follow-ups, negotiations and product promotions to clients.
Achieve assigned sales targets and business development goals.
Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, product selection, orders and dispatches.
Maintain market intelligence regarding competitors, pricing and product demand.
Ensure timely reporting of sales activities, leads and conversions.

Candidate Profile:
Graduate, preferably B.Pharma / M.Pharma / MBA (Sales & Marketing).
4–5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical PCD Franchise sales.




Strong communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.
