Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecalling Executive to join our team in Panchkula. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, explaining products/services to customers, handling queries, and following up with prospective customers.

Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain company products/services clearly to customers.
Generate leads and identify potential customers.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer responses.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
Update customer information in CRM/Excel.
Maintain a professional and positive attitude while communicating with customers.





Required Skills
Good communication and convincing skills.
Hindi communication is mandatory.
Basic English communication is preferred.
Confident and polite telephone manner.
Valuable listening and customer-handling skills.
Target-oriented and motivated.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work effectively in a team.

Education: 12th Pass / Graduate.
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
